Jim has worked in the landscape industry for nearly 30 years, building deep expertise in turf management and vegetation control. He is approaching 25 years with Rubicon.
As a California Qualified Applicator, Jim oversees and trains Rubicon employees in Integrated Pest Management. As Safety Coordinator, he holds every crew to safety as the first priority and keeps the company current on changing safety regulations.
His long-term clients and coworkers count on his dedication to teamwork and the steady, positive attitude he brings to every site.
