About Nancy

As Vice President of Landscape, Nancy is responsible for building Rubicon Landscape Group to support the mission of its parent company, Rubicon Programs. She leads a team of more than 50 account managers, operations supervisors, gardeners and day porters across the Bay Area.

Nancy has seen the landscape industry from every side. She ran her own vineyard installation and maintenance business as a C-27 contractor, developed a gardening service for a Silicon Valley technology company, oversaw fine gardening operations in San Francisco and taught vocational training classes for gardeners entering the industry.

That range shapes how she leads: high standards for the work, practical systems for the crews and a commitment to creating outdoor spaces that people love.
