Lila Blanchard

About Lila

Lila became Office Manager for Rubicon Landscape Group in March 2023. She supports team members with human resources questions in English and Spanish and helps with office accounting, keeping the office lean and green.

Before joining Rubicon Landscape Group, Lila spent 17 years with Rubicon Programs managing programs and projects that help families and people coming out of incarceration break the cycle of poverty. She values the social enterprise model and its quadruple bottom line: people, planet, profit and progress.

Earlier in her career, Lila worked in faith-based community organizing in Caracas, Venezuela, and San Francisco. A San Francisco State University graduate, she loves green, growing things and beautifying spaces.
